General meeting of shareholders the company Tarom approved on Wednesday the appointment of a new Member of the Board of Directors, in order to intregirii the team formed up to the time of six members.
The appointment of a new Member of the Board of Directors took place in accordance with the Statute of Tarom, which provides for a maximum of seven members of the Board of Directors.
"Nicolae Demetriade comes with a rich experience in aviation and a very good knowledge of Tarom companys, which reinforces the US team.
