Predeal is situated in the centre of our country, on Prahova Valley, between Prahova river and Timis, on the foothill of Bucegi Mountains, North-Eastern from them and the Baiului Mountains in North Westerrn. The town Predeal is situated on the highest urban altitude from Romania, between 1030 m and 1110 m.

The resort that is also called the Pearl of Bucovina is situated in the depression of Dornas, on an altitude of 802 m, on the confluence of Bistrita with Dorna. This region has many springs with mineral water, industrially exploited on Poiana Negri, Sarul Dornei and Floreni.

The resort is situated in Gutai Mountains, close to Baia Sprie town, where tourists come during the year. During winter the main tourist attraction is the ski trail. The trail, having 3.8 km and a level difference of 600 m has a lift with a capacity of 600 tourists/hour.

 
Semenic

Semenic

The tourist resort Semenic is situated in the mountains that have the same name, mountains that are part of the Sothern Group of Occidental Carpathian Mountains. The highest point is Piatra Goznei, that has 1447 m, followed by Semenic, that has 1445 m. The tourist complex lies between the 2 tops on an altitude of 1400 m.
