The thermal like with water-lilies is a botanical natural reservation, unique in Europe, situated in the center of the resort Baile Felix. The location is protected by the law, being considered natural reservation. The most interesting fact about this place is the fact that the water lilies didn't exist in the lake before, supposing that their seeds had been brought by the birds, long time ago. Each water lily has its origin in the water of the Nile. Pestera Ursilor is situated in Chiscau, being also a unique tourist attraction in Europe. Pestera Ursilor is located 90 km away from Baile Felix, having been discovered in 1975, in a marble quarry. The cave is 1,5 km long and it is a speleological reservation that hosts a big number of rocks with the strangest shapes. However, in the cave there can be found traces of early life, as well as reminiscences of bones from the cavern bear that disappeared more than 15.000 years ago.
