The complex is situated between Cluj Napoca and Oradea, in Ciucea, on DN1 (E 60), from where it got the name Route 60.
The pension has 18 rooms, from which: 2 rooms with 1 bed, 4 rooms with 2 beds, 2 rooms with 3 beds, 8 rooms with matrimonial beds and 2 VIP rooms.
All the rooms have their own bathrooms and TV.
