Este al treilea an cand merg la Riviera. In ciuda unor comentarii negative gasite pe diferite forumuri, eu am fost foarte incantata de serviciile oferite. Rezervarile le-am facut pe e-mail, beneficiind de o promptitudine si seriozitate din partea reprezentantului cu care am avut schimbul de mesaje. Sunt fan hotel Riviera si putin probabil sa imi schimb optiunile prea curand. Poate din acest motiv a fost printre hotelurile alese de nemtii de la TUI. Felicitari personalului.
E hotelul meu preferat. Conditii de cazare super, personal excelent, se straduie sa asugure locuri de parcare la toti clientii (ceea ce este destul de rar in Mamaia). De doi ani merg aici de cel putin 3 ori pe vara.
